Dragonspear Dungeon I problem

Hope someone can help

We've gone through Dragonspear Dungeon I, entered the series of rooms at the west end, killed the goblins and pulled the lever. We get a message that Somewhere a door has opened, but the door behind us has locked. We don't seem to be able to find another way out. Can someone provide guidance?

try searching alongside the walls....If I remember correctly an opening in the wall was made. use your automap feature aswell to search all areas.
