Dark alliance 2 for GC/Best Character

Does anyone know why they didn't transfer this game to gamecube? I got a gamecube for christmas and I wanted to get this game. It sount completely awesome. If I could get it for GC I would be the barbarian or necromancer.
In your opinion what is the best character? I would say the necromancer.

the barbarien is alot easyer to start off with as u can just hack your way threw the game if u use the neco it makes it a littel bit more chalenging therfor in my opinion more fun but i would probalbly say in a fight the barbarian would kick sum necro ass

I'd say the Barbarian is more powerful than the necro. But the Necro as a spell caster can kick some serious tail.

After playing the Necro through Extreme mode, the only battle that was really tough for him was Lyran's basement (not the Lyran battle itself) since Lyran would only attack the necro and not the minion, and the only thing that seemed to affect Lyran was slow.

My barbarian which I only played in Normal, was able to walk through any battle with no effort at all.

The barb is easier to play.

I didn't say which is better, the necro or the barbarian. You can say the monk or Entreri is better. It's just I am saying I think the necro is better at lvl. 40 with all spells maxed out.
