Cannot finish Plane of Water

Searched, couldn't find the answer.

I finished the plane of water once, before I could save it, the game locked up when selling to Fionna Vie.

I reset the console, and went about re-defeating the level. Only I can't. Now, after I opened the shell for the shard, (in North cave now, after pushing the stone all the way in east and west, and right after pushing the stone in north) it didn't pop out. I walked up to the portal, and it says, "The shard is interfering with this portal"

Argh. I went back to Fionna, restarted the level. When I got back, all the characters were still dead. I cant restart. I made the mistake of saving it after I opened the last shell. I have looked all over, made sure I killed EVERYONE. Picked up every last item. Broke every last pot. Covered every square inch about 7 times.

WHAT AM I MISSING? Is this a glitch? HELP!!!

I think I can help you on this one, the shard disappearing is a known glitch.

First start an other level such as Plane of War, Innovation or any other to reset your Plane of Water level.

Then, go back in and redo it all over but when you get to the caves with the stone things start do the upper cave fisrt, middle cave second and bottom cave last... Or maybe the contrary... anyways this bug happens very rarely (it happened once to me) so everything should be swell the second time you go through the level.

i always save before the 3rd water cave because once in a while the last "chest" will explode and there goes the shard.... if you have no save before the lost shard you must reset the whole plane by visitng any other plane as faceless said.........jcnoren
