Bug?

I never have had this happen before, but I just rescued the 6 souls I can't go back to Innoruck's Lair (SP?) I can't use the portal or use a gate scroll. So I'm stuck at the Plane of Air. Does anybody else know how to get back to that place?????

She told you what you needed to do, but if you are like I am and kill the cut scenes with the Start button (PS2).

You need to go to one of the 4 'islands' near the save point and press square (PS2) to 'purify the hatred out of you' and it will transport you to a battle where you rescue the gal that has been appearing throughout the game.

The merchant is there by default. You don't need to rescue her. She gives you help and advice.

Once you go to one of the 4 islands and press square, you'll be sent back like I said before.

Maybe your not getting what im saying. I have freed 6 souls so I am at the plane of air. I need to go back and rescue her and those four islands only do something if I have rescued her. (I'm refering to her as the chick that innoruuk has bound together at the plane of hate.) It wouldnt let me go back to the plane of hate. Do you get what I'm saying now????

You're right, those are for the final battle. The only thing I can think of is that the merchant has the quest for you and will send you there.

If the portal is disabled, and you can't gate scroll, and I am wrong above, I'd guess you're up a creek without a paddle.

I don't have a character at that point in the game right now to test with, so I can't help much more.

The Portal has to be active. If you can not use the portal you're done.

The portal will let you go back to the Cauldron to rescue Fiona.

You may have to talk to the merchant to get the portal active.
