Cool Bragging time -Champs RTA-lvl 29 SK beats Death Countdown

parts of rta were pretty hard the first time through but i have gotten
RTA beaten down pretty good. For my last 3 characters i
have started with a level one rookie... i play the linear game straight
through to the plane of nightmares with no cheats, no repeating
areas for experience and no farming equipment.

after i beat vanerost i start doing the arena fights so i can get the
bonus areas and get all 11 bloodstones for the sword/fist
of innoruk quest.

i leave the hardest arena fights 'till last. Soul break requires
time and skill . you need to heal (stamina) and be able to slap
away the swimmers in 3 hits to do soul break in any reasonable
amount of time. i usually do it in an hour with a level 28 or
so character.

frog stomp can be made a lot easier if you develope root
or charge or shadow step but with skill you can get it done
and save the skill pts for the biggy arena fight... Death
Countdown....

before death countdown i do the earing quest (release Sylea
and get her bloodvine). i usually gather all the other bloodstones
before tackling Dcountdown.. and i save all the skill points i
can to use in countdown. you have to find the right balance
between fighting and speeding through...if you can get past
the minotaurs and archer traps there are 3 pens where swim-
mers and other easier monsters are available for quick
slaughter..

i have beaten Death countdown now with a level 31 elf cleric,
a level 31 archer and a level 29 shadow knight.. no cheats
used... and i finished the sword quest for each.
after finishing the sword quest my characters are too good for
couageous level so now i jump from adventourous to champions
level..

so snowblind... what else ya' got.....jcnoren

Thumbs up so everyone is speechless. no level 29 champs out there?.

after my shadow knight i started a scratch wizard.
same battle plan as my shadow knight. My level
29 wizard scored 84 in death countdown!!!!

next time out i shall try to finish with an even lower level
character. i think winning with a lower level character
is far more interesting than building up a level 80+
monster that can go through anything.

achieve major results....my record is a lvl24 archer beating death countdown.. my latest is a vashir beserker.. i put all 20 start up pts into strength and stamina.. every level up i did strength, dex and stam,, not 1 pt into intell/mana.. i also put all skill pts into meelee and then the axes.. result is an axe weilding tank... my lvl 27 beserker got 101 in death countdown on the very first attempt... and i had not yet done the earring quest. after countdown i did soul break in 22 minutes ..
