There is a "BGDA Forum" link on the left side, but it brings me here.

Is this the right place for Dark Alliance discussion?

There's no specific Dark Alliance forums. As such, this general Action RPG Discussion forum would be the appropriate place, I believe.

Yes it is the right place.

Once I do seem to recall there was a specific forum for Dark Alliance, but occasionally sub forums get merged or split depending on utilization.
My guess is that the forum did not see much activity and thus was merged into the generic Action RPG forum, to keep the number of sub-forums in an manageable number.
