[spoiler] Hes right you can get a skeleton key from the Nocturnal Shrine. It is actually one lock pick that never breaks, so you can keep pressing auto attempt until the lock opens. The Nocturnal shrine is located west from the words "County Leyawiin" on the map. Its great for thieves
