| Have you tried patching your game? Have you tried reinstalling and then patching the game? If so then you, my friend, sound as if you have a defective product. If not, then go and patch your game. If so then here are some things you can do.
Did you DL the game or buy it from the store?
If you DownLoaded it then you prolly just got a bad load and there's naught but you can do about that other than buying another DL.
If you got it from the store, go back to said store with your receipt and familiarize yourself with said store's return policy on computer software. After finding this information return the game (if you can) and you might get a new copy that you can instal on your computer. Patch your new copy, and that should fix things.
If you pirated the game then I am going to fight you and NOT buy you a beer afterward. If you pirated the game then you deserve the faulty program you got.
If none of the above helped or resulted in a kicked ass and no beer to make up then it could just be that you have a fault in your video card, hard drive, or kicked ass.
