Curiouser, and curiouser, I definitely checked every container in the tower, and there was no remove magic scroll. It's unlikely that any mod I'm using would change anything in that tower, which leaves me very puzzled.
Maybe Saros was on the right track when he said it was specifically for Haer D, as the party that I used didn't have an Arcane casters in it, maybe that has an effect on what you find!?
Seems unlikely I must admit.
