For me it's just Slow Time, running down, then Slow Time + Enflame + Divine Fury (or Infernal Wrath perhaps, i dunno if there's a difference). Ghost Swords active, of course. In fact downcoming minions are just in time then - as nightflys to fire. No one of them survives. At the beginning i cared about guards - but not any more after first time in Jack's prison
