| A couple planets that would be interesting would be:
Dagobah,
Hoth,
and Coruscant
However, if it so happens that we are in unknown regions of space, I would rather see planets with intelligent life that no one knew about before rather than dead planets of former life. That said though, I would like to see the ruins of Katarr, maybe as a one stop place during the story or something.
