| FWIW, Bioware has a substantial forum presence for NWN2. So posting there looking for technical support isn't such a bad idea.
That being said, I have no idea about the problem. I've never heard of somebody not being able to access their skills page. Assuming that bushwhacker didn't do a lot of console stuff, and that he has a legal copy of the game, I'd suggest taking it back and getting a replacement.
