| Crytek blames piracy for low sales of Crysis
Yet another developer to jump on the piracy bandwagon. And this is what Cevat Yerli, president of Crytek said: Quote: |
"I believe that's the core problem of PC Gaming, piracy... PC gamers that pirate games inherently destroy the platform. Similar games on consoles sell factors of 4-5 more," he said in an interview with PC Play. "It was a big lesson for us and I believe we won't have PC exclusives as we did with Crysis in future. We are going to support PC, but not exclusive anymore."
| What? Pirates destroying a platform? Might as well say the same for consoles since they too also have that exact same problem as well. When will they ever admit that their game brought it's own downfall? 
At least id Software doesn't blame piracy for the shift to consoles...
