| Hmm, if what I understand from the Darth Bane duology is correct then the True Sith are not so much a person but an ideal. While it's true that there needs to be a person to carry it out the ideal remains the same. Darth Bane came up with the Rule of Two. "One to embody the power, the other to crave it." What this means is that there can only be 2 Sith, no more no less. They are to live in secret and shadow and be plotting a way to take down the Jedi and overthrow the government all their life. They plot and plan and even if they die the apprentice carries on. Also, according to Darth Bane this is why there can be no Sith Academy. Anyway, from what I gather a True Sith is one who makes the effort to understand and think. After all, even to the Sith the mind is just as important as the muscle, if not more so.
Basically the True Sith would not be found in KOTOR III, because the whole purpose is to not be found. And even if they were in there, there would be no option to kill them as there are only 2 True Sith and killing both would wipe out all True Sith in the galaxy making all the Star Wars Episodes moot and nill. And as well the True Sith would not be so idiotic as to take on an entire Mandalorian Army or work under them for that matter.
