| Yes your character can be converted to IT. But there is seperate launcher icons for TQ and immortal throne. You don't lose your TQ chars progress, but he doesn't update when you level him in IT (that is the copy of the char stays the same for vanilla but does update in your IT launcher). You can still play vanilla for multiplayer (with a friend who only has that) or something even if you have IT.
