| I don't see Fallout on your list. Go buy the jewel case fallout 1 and 2 and play them right now. Fallout 2 is hands down no comparison the best gaming...NAY, the best experience of my life.
Ok, maybe not. But it is still the best game ive ever played. If you even remotely liked Baldur's Gate, you will like this. Be warned, this is a Mature rated game. If you like that Turn based RPG tactics element, Arcanum is decent too, the closest thing to fallout I've found, but it does require some patching before you play.
Fallout Tactics and Jagged Alliance 2 are both more 'tactics' based than RPG, but a good amount of fun too. If you have emulators or an old Sega Genesis, the Shining Force series was a blast, which I later in life learned was heavily influenced by the Fire Emblem series.
You may not want to play Fallout though - since playing it, every other RPG has been a slight let down and there are armies of rabid fans looking for the next 'clone' to play. |
