| I really fail to see the rip-off part in it. "Really powerful Race creates lesser races, lesser races fight against extraterrestial thread." I guess we better start sueing R.E. Feist as well. And TSR for creating Faerun. And 3DO for Might and Magic.
Unless, ofcourse, you consider all fantasy with elfs, orcs and dwarfs to be a rip-off of Tolkien, which could be acceptable.
