| By finishing the main quest you get 100% disease resistance, therefore you cannot contract Porphyric Hemophilia. Just so you know, any vampires always attack you regardless of whether you've completed the MQ or not, and the only way to become a vampire is to let them hit you a couple of times. You can benefit a lot from lowering disease resistance, as it could take quite a while to get infected.
