Yes, games like that don't require much thinking, which is good sometimes. Pure adrenaline rush. My favorite is the Leap of Faith.
Graphics are really nice, especially horses - the best horse riding ever.
Controls are cumbersome indeed.
Other annoying things, besides the controls, are the save/load feature and the map. The map is confusing to say the least. Game autosaves at the so-called check points so you can't quit any time you want without loosing data. And it takes multiple clicking to exit the game.
Otherwise, it is fun. Even the "dialogue" cutcenes are fun to watch - the NPC movements are so realistic.
We've got nasty weather this weekend so I am going to play a lot. Got to finish this game before my Fallout DVD is delivered.
