| Tremere and Dominate Power
I love playing as a tremere, but I am having trouble figuring out how to use, and what is the good of, the second dominate power. It is supposed to make people in a small radius around you forget that you exist for 5 seconds, but it never really works out.
Can someone explain its use to me?
