I guess like most people I tend to stray away from typical character combos. So to beat Hordes, I used a :

Female Tiefling Sorc(01)/Monk(16)/RDD(10)

I have to say she was a T A N K.
I like playing monks, cause i guess i am pretty cheap and hate spending loads on equipment.

Here are her stats after I finished Hordes:
STR: 19
DEX: 15
CON: 16
INT: 13
WIS: 18
CHA: 14

Stats are unnerfed. RDD is one of the best prestigious classes. She literally just chopped everything to pieces.
