-because it hoses your other attributes, at the expense of saves, hit-points, skill points, and/or the ability to carry much of anything and add damage to each attack to overcome some particularly damage resistant opponents. Also, there is the matter of attribute prerequisites for certain feats.
Weapon Finesse is of course something to consider given the high Dexterity.
