| Yes I did have high persuasion and intimidation (the highest of each actually, I usually do the giftxp 999 thing and just give it to myself as I want, yeah I know, I'm a wuss, heh heh). Why would that restrict the answer options (this 4 answer limit that I know nothing of)? Seems it should increase the likelyhood of getting what you want, not diminish it.
If you need the exact dialogs through that whole cutscene with Vandal, I'm going to have to play it again and do some writing. That's going to take some time. I'll have to go back and see if I have a save point right before the cutscene, otherwise I'd have to start a new game to get there again.
