Personally, I think this just means a general level up. I think it was every three. Anyway, I guess I'll just have to wait and see then. But this never was a problem in earlier games.
Then again, what would that have to do with my alignment? That's where the problem is. She also says "Whenever your resolve should change..." But my resolve it already maxed out...
