Again, it really depends on your style of gaming. All the suggestions above are good. The Baldur's Gate games are a few years old now, but still brilliant RPGs. If you like Diablo, try out Hellgate. Fable has fun game play, as well. If you like a good story, Mass Effect and Jade Empire are worth your time, as well. I've yet to play the Witcher, but it's supposedly quite solid too.

One game I really loved that I don't feel ever gets its due, is Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines. It's really a wildly fun RPG with strong action components. It's a bit dark, though. So, make sure that's your cup of tea. Still, I can imagine that a DL and Oblivion fan would like its style of play.
