| Completed the Battle Square and tried "teleporting" right to area 4103. Didn't work - no Nick, no cutscene with him and the demons etc. Then I "teleported" back to the Dragon's Eye exit, where destruction was still in full swing, and then to area 4103, and, hello demons!
So I guess it matters (to some degree) where you do it from.
