| The easiest one is to bring up the console, click on the door to select it (the object id should display near the middle of the top of the screen when it's selected), and then type "unlock" (without the quotes).
If that doesn't work, the teleport command looks like this:
player.coc [location code]
but somebody else will have to provide the location code. I have Oblivion on 360 and PC but I only have SI on 360, so I can't look up any SI locations codes. I don't think you can teleport to a location code in Cyrodiil from the Isles. Although I guess you could just try it and see:
player.coc BravilChapelGreatHall
