| It depends on what your major skills are. The easiest to level up with are magic skills, especially once you have access to the spell making altar. If one of them was hand-to-hand then walk along the beaches thumping mudcrabs.
What are your major skills?
As for playing on the easiest setting, I imagine you would saunter through the game without breaking sweat. I've never tried myself, the lowest I've played on is two clicks below average.
