Everard's Black Tentacles and Improved Invisibility spring to mind. Solid Fog, Dimension Door are good as well. Solid Fog + Black Tentacles as a combo sounds nice.
Mnemonic Enhancer isn't too shabby.
Enervation is a must have, but save it for later levels.
Wall of Force is great for Battlefield Control.
Waves of Fatigue is surprisingly useful, but not so when faced with undead.
Permanency is a given.
Break Enchantment is a good utility spell.

Which feats do you have?
EDIT: I misread your post and thought you needed 4th & 5th level spells, so that's why I told you about some 4th lvl spells. They're great too.
