| humanoid/outsider native vs. polymorph/transmutation
A player in my group recently had his type changed to humanoid/outsider native. He claims that he is now immune to polymorph and since he is immune to polymorph, he is immune to transmutation spells... like disintigrate and flesh to stone. I think he is full of it.
I've looked in the monster manual until the outsider native subtype and I find nothing even stating that they get immunity to polymorph, let alone the entire SCHOOL of transmutation. I found this on 312 of the MM.
Is he right? If so, where can I find the rules proving he is right. If I'm right, can you show me where the rules are saying that I'm right? |
