| Just wander around a while, I'm sure you'll find him soon. The first time I played I met him and Nottle in the Lower Keep, if I remember well, or anyway definitely not on the first level. And if you go to Stillwater and see Nottle in his wagon, it doesn't mean he can't be in the Catacombs if you go down.
Note: somewhere in the Catacombs there is a small room with a metal chest, and when you open it, you get the message that a human and a halfling spent some time with it. After getting that message, you should definitely see Tudo soon. |
