| Well, what does your quest log say? If you skipped a step somewhere, maybe Gandohar is still in Komorin Village, or by the cave where you meet Reist.
If your quest log says you're supposed to meet Gandohar in front of Qudinar and he's not there, then I don't know what to suggest.
