it depends very much

1. cant say certain, since you installed tob the xp cap is 8 million over all
so you will get 2.3 mio in each class,

2. i doubt that you will get many HLAs maybe 1 or 2 for the thief

3. If you get HLAs and pick UAI and use armour you will, without mods, not be able to cast/use thiefing skills.

there are some mods though which could help you, you could wear armor and cast/thief with it, but you will get penalties => cast failure / mali on Thiefing skills depinging on which armour type you use, so i would advise you to dont use heavy armors
there are some avaliable armours, you will be able to cast with, even in an unmodded game and without UAI, eg the armor Lord Allibakar from tradesmeet wears


and for your demonic problem, try to get tensers and advanced haste
afaik the earliest scroll of tensers you will get while you do the quest of the unseeing eye
