| For my Marksman, I invested in Sniper and left Tactical Stance and all its branches untouched. I also didn't take the Rapid Fire skills. What I took was Escape, Beacon and am now waiting to take the Homing Shot boost. Oh yeah, I also invested in the Level 1 Dead Eye.
My weapons are also similar to yours (level 11 cha), except in place of the Physical Assault Rifle, I have a Trident Rocket Launcher.
