| I kept having trouble with plants because for some reason Geralt wouldn't attack them. I'd click on them and he'd just stand there doing nothing. Eventually I figured out that I had to move him right next to the plant on my own, and then he'd attack, and the battles wouldn't take very long.
Some poison resistance helps, too.
