| well, i assume its fallout1. at vault15 you wont get a rifle if memory serves me well, only some other weapons and some grenades. at least not the one i prefer. the best rifle in the beginning is the hunting rifle, and if you have small guns tagged (best gunning skill IMO), you are a death machine. search some places around vault15, there are some cities and you will get one very fast.
