Well like all action/RPG's it isn't deep. It's an action game and although it has character development there's little RPG elements in it. It is a fun game and it's fast paced with lots of item drops and combat ala Diablo and Dungeon Siege. Not to the standard of NWN2 though and if you're looking for a similar game it's probably not the one.
