According to the description 'Enveloping Embrace' doesn't increase any skill nor any executable powers. As mentioned above it only will increase the effects of buff spells like eg. with 'Embrace Earthen' spell.
...and there is no 'Encase Power' (there is only an nature magic spell called 'Encase').
So where should now the benefits of 'Enveloping Embrace' be considered too?
