Age more or less translates into your character level. As they say, wisdom comes with age, and apparently, so does a buff body
The only way top become younger is to donate to both chapels. Since it can be done once at each, you can exploit the hero save at the temple in Witchwood. A note of caution, your game might become unstable if you do it too many times.
