| There are a couple of things to keep in mind. First of all, the Fireball spell can be replaced by a Wand of Fire, which will free up spell slots to use for other spells. Usually, I don't use a spell if it can be replaced by a wand.
Second of all, Specialist Mages cannot cast spells from an opposition school. Dynaheir is an Invoker (her school is Evocation), so I think her opposition schools are Enchantment and Conjuration. This means that she cannot learn spells such as Dire Charm (Enchantment), Flame Arrow (Conjuration), Ghost Armor (Conjuration), Hold Person (Enchantment), and Monster Summoning I (Conjuration), all of which are third level spells. You'll have to doublecheck the manual. |
