10-15 skill points are best?
OK-OK...while having a
balanced character is useful,so is having Mastery of a skill.
I have Critical Strike Mastery on my Vet fighter and 50% chance to about 5x damage is considered useful.
and whilst you can have 10-15 in lots..why?
I spent some of my points in quick draw so I can throw throwing kinives 7% faster! wow it's such a pity I use a crossbow.
I might get into trouble with the admins for this but I just don't see your point.
