I had the same problem with the stripper, where I locked down the windows, stole the change, and the fat guy was still there. I went off and did a couple of missions, including the Warrens, but when I came back, he was still there. I could pick the lock on her change room, but wasn't able to get open the actual dancing room. Unfortunately, I couldn't just go back and do it all over, because I had done so much since first entering the Sin Bin.

So, I drained the fat guy a little to stun him, brought up the Console, put in noclip, and slipped through the wall in the dancing room. Chastity was waiting for me near the open door of her dressing room by then with a weapon, but once I did noclip again in the Console, I was able to also feed on the second stripper and stun her, then kill Chastity.

This solution worked great. I got the points, with no loss of Humanity and there was no problems when I went back to Velvet.
