I only hope that they have read this and understand from the consumer's standpoint. As for the the story in the game that is for the designers to decide as long as it doesn't lose the gaming experience that was present in the earlier games. The two things I could find fault with were the long wait for the screen to load and that there were not enough planets used in each game!
i respect your opinion in terms of available platforms, but i disagree with it. unless they put it on PS2, i think they should put it out to PC again, jsut as they have. i REALLY don't feel like going out to a store to buy a 360 just to play 1 or 2 games.
i entirely agree with your statements about online gameplay, but it'd still be fun nonetheless.
and your last 2 points (about load-screens and planets)? i didn't find the load screens all that long, to be honest. frequent, yes, but not all that long individually. agreed on the number of planets. K2 was way too short and had too few planets. and in the navigation charts, if they have another incident in which a planet is destroyed (ie. Peragus), then remove the damn thing, imo. what's the point of having it if you can't go to it...?
