| To my knowledge nothing official has been announced on making a KOTOR 3. There may very well never be a KOTOR 3.
The company that has the rights to making another KOTOR game are not currently working on it. They are instead working on another Star Wars game called Force Unleashed. That much is not a rumor and is a very real fact.
