It requires Crossbow proficiency, Only Fighters, Thieves, Paladins, Rangers. Bards, Fighter/Thieves, Fighter/Mages, Mage/Thieves and F/M/Ts can use it, Kensai and Cavaliers cannot use it.

PS I could fix it so they can use it for a price.
