Well in the equipment database here on gamebanshee says (on Darth Malak's armor):
Obtained:
• This item cannot be obtained through any conventional means.
And for randomly placed armor it says:
Obtained:
• This item is either very common or randomly placed throughout the game.
So, that's why I tought it's not random... Too bad, cause I'd like to get it, but who knows if I will when it's unfortunatley random.
