New content, yes. But its very minor, and I've yet to find anything like a major storyline mod for KotoR.

If you want that kind of thing, there's only one game I can think of currently that offers a genuine replacement for the entire story arc: Morrowind. There are at least a couple of epic mods that do just that. But for KotoR? Sorry.
