Well... So i installed BG on my new monster of a machine, and was looking forward to play through BG for the 1394325'th time, but what on earth is it i see? As soon as i go into my inventory there are all these black "shadows" around my gear and not to mention the buttons like ; talk, formations etc etc, you get the picture... I remember having this problem a while back when i played tutu version, but i worked that out by going into configurations and turning on direct drawing or direct 3d or something, but as you know you can't do such things on the pure BG version, so does that mean im stuck with those black shades throughout the game? I remember reading somewhere that this issue was because of the drivers of some of those nasty evil G'cards ( as in those expensive high perfomance ones
) But to tell the truth i am not very familiar with my G'card and its drivers, and im not about to go change something that will mess up everything just to try and make those shades go away, I CAN still see my char and party members fine, but the shades ARE annoying though!
I use a "640 MB Sparkle GeF 8800 GTS DDR3 PCI-E" G'card
