| That's a good mix in my opinion. If you have the Heart of Winter expansion, Bards get good around level 11 with their buff songs. Just make sure you're diversified for weapon choices but you should choose the long sword double proficiency for the Paladin. Everybody else can specialize in whatever proficiencies you feel are useful.
