If you're on a PC then you can get out of it by using the console (read here if you don't know how
StarWarsKnights.com - Knights of the Old Republic - Kotor TSL - The Sith Lords). Use the Warp comand, I think the area you need to warp to is either 006EBO or 007EBO. The correct one goes straight to a cut scene where T3M4 shows the trial of the Exile, and goes on to give the locations of the remaining Jedi.
If your not on PC, I think you are up the creek. The way through I've found safe is 1st 'I won't surrender my weapons', and after Kreia interjects, to say 'I'll go along, for now'.
